Sims 2 Hair Editor?

Do you guys know of anyone who can edit a few CC hairs for me????? I only need the black hair for teenage girl sims edited and theres only 4 hairstyles. All I need is a white stripe going down the side/back of the hair. The trick is the white stripe needs to be in the same location on all the hair styles.

I can provide the hairstyles' meshes and textures. I just need someone to edit the stripe in (because Im terrible at it :P)
These hairs have to look like they blong to the same person, they just are wearing their hair differently.
